Zoho CRM : Resetting Active Authtokens
With Zoho CRM, you may receive a message that you have too many active authtokens. This appears if you're logging in from multiple places, using the mobile app or just have third party connections. This may prevent further logins to Zoho CRM.
To reset authtokens, follow these steps :
Login to https://accounts.zoho.com/ with your normal credentials (you can also do this from Zoho CRM by going to Setup>My Account
Select Active Sessions
Seclect Active Authtokens from the menu.
Select the ones that haven't been used for a while and hit "Remove Selected"
You should then be able to login to Zoho CRM as normal.
It's good housekeeping practice to clear the list on a monthly basis.
