Add pick list values of a field from one layout to another

Add pick list values of a field from one layout to another


When you have more than one layout, you may want different values from the pick list to appear in each layout. You can choose which values appear as follows:

Go to:
Setup
-> Customization
      -> Modules and Fields
            -> choose the Module.

  1. Select the desired layout (eg., Layout 1) and click Edit Layout

  2. Click Edit Properties on the required picklist field

  3. Click Add Options in Bulk > From Unused Values

  4. In the Unused values window, check the required field and click Add.
