In this crazy year, we can reflect on what we've achieved...
Onboarding perfect new clients including a big name brand in the travel sector and a global digital electronics provider to the defence industry.
Existing client retention of 94% - mainly due to Duncan Scott who's become a key asset to Target Cloud looking after our client's Training and Advanced Support needs on a day-to-day basis.
Extending our development expertise by adding a dedicated Zoho developer to the team with Ayush.
And of course, a big thanks to Sara for keeping it all ticking over smoothly.
Personally, I've completed my second Ironman Triathlon in Copenhagen and set goals in life and business for the next five years.
And finally, thanks to all our wonderful Zoho clients who continue to support us, use our services, recommend us to others and continue to make us smile each and every day. :-)
